It is More Important What you do Everyday than What You Do Some Days—Better than Before by Gretchen Rubin

I have logged over 8 miles and the week is just halfway with a 5 mile walk on Thursday evening.  I had a large glass of tonic water with a lime last night and read.  The siren call came at 9 PM after Steve stopped working on the deck and settled in to watch TV for 1/2 an hour.  I almost finished my 14 day book. Yippee Skippee!

I had a great piano lesson yesterday.  30 minutes a day does result in improvement.  I have a promise to increase this week because I want to master Cannon in D and The Entertainer.  Both are the “Easy Version” but have challenges for me as an advanced beginner.  My teacher takes August off so Tuesday will be my last lesson until the fall.  Then back to the routine of scales, theory, sequential techniques, and lesson music books.
