Hot Yoga to start the Week

Steve and I have been going to Yoga since mid-December.  Our neighbor, Michael, invited us to attend class.  We really enjoyed it and have been going twice a week.  Really nice way to start the day and the week.   Our studio using flow Yoga and I have done most of these poseflow yoga posess in class.  Downward dog, monkey pose, mountain, cobra, upward dog, forward fold, first and second warrior, bridge, child’s pose, 1/2 lotus, and fish plus others I still don’t know the name.  We usually start and end in the pose on the lower right, figure in green.  Amazing how wonderful starting and ending just focused on the NOW can be so relaxing and yet energizing.
